13046-015.1 Fillmore Pump Station (P-308) Rehabilitation

A general description of the work to be done under these contract documents includes architectural, structural, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work associated with the rehabilitation of the existing pump station. Work includes interior painting of CMU walls, concrete floors and ceilings; exterior repair of masonry; removal and replacement of manlift; construction of new penthouse; roof replacement; concrete surface repair and epoxy coating for wetwell rehabilitation; removal and replacement of access hatches; removal and replacement of interior access platforms; removal and replacement of motor control center, electrical pump motors, lighting, receptacles, conduit, wiring, and generator; removal and replacement of HVAC equipment, louvers, sump pump, plumbing fixtures, pump discharge piping and valves along with operation of bypass pumping system.
